Business Development Executive

Lead the sales activities of a region to ensure set targets are achieved with an objective to grow business

Roles & Responsibility

  • To Visit assigned merchants as per beat plan and report on a daily basis.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with current and potential clients in order to create an atmosphere that fosters sales.
  • Engage and train Brands across hierarchy to implement payment solutions across the merchant base.
  • Acquire, engage and train merchants on payment solutions.
  • Meet the set goals and sales targets
  • To promote marketing activities offered by Bank/Brands and Benow to the merchants.
  • Interact with Immediate manager and internal teams for merchant’s issue resolution.
  • Present periodic reports to management on sales operations

Educational Qualification

  • HSC Passed/Any Graduate

Essential

  • At least 2 year of field sales experience of Merchant Acquiring / Banking/Telecom industry or field sales Experience
  • Hands on experience with merchant acquiring, engagement & payment solutions

Soft Skills

  • Good negotiation, communication and convincing skills.
  • Analytical skills
