Looking for Project Manager

Role

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand application requirements and objectives.​
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and create a comprehensive project plan.​
  • Determine resource requirements, timelines, and budget estimates for each project.​

Team Collaboration

  • Assemble and lead cross-functional teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.​
  • Provide clear direction, set priorities, and ensure efficient task assignment and completion.​

Project Execution

  • Oversee design, development, and content creation processes to align with project objectives.​
  • Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and address potential delays or roadblocks.​
  • Conduct regular team meetings and update stakeholders on project status.​

Stakeholder Communication

  • Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.​
  • Manage stakeholders expectations by ensuring a clear understanding of project scope and timelines.​

Quality Assurance

  • Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure applications meet design, functionality, and performance standards.​
  • Coordinate user testing and gather feedback for necessary improvements before launch.​

Risk Management

  • Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate their impact.​
  • Proactively address issues during the project to prevent escalation.​

Project Documentation

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, meeting notes, and client communications.​
  • Ensure all documentation is organized and accessible for future reference.​

Project Closure

  • Conduct final reviews and user testing to ensure websites meet all requirements.​
  • Coordinate website launch and manage post-launch activities or optimizations.​
  • Conduct project evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.​

Business Requirements Document (BRD)

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document project requirements clearly and comprehensively.​
  • Create and maintain BRDs outlining user needs, system behavior, data flow, and use cases.​
  • Validate requirements feasibility with technical teams and update BRDs as needed based on feedback.​

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  • Review and understand project requirements, designing and executing test cases.​
  • Collaborate with teams to identify and report defects, ensuring software meets acceptance criteria.​
  • Provide feedback on user experience, interface design, and overall system functionality.​
  • Participate in test planning, execution, and documentation of test results.​

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with a focus on project management (Master's preferred but not required).​
  • Proven experience in successful operations and project leadership, preferably within a startup environment.​
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a passion for technology and digital innovation.​
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
