Aarti Sonmale leads Strategy and New Business at Benow, where she focuses on identifying new growth opportunities, shaping strategic priorities, and building strategic partnerships to scale new businesses. She brings 12+ years of experience across corporate strategy, go-to-market strategy, P&L management, business development and market expansion across India, the US and Europe.

Prior to Benow, Aarti was Chief of Staff to the Managing Director at HP India, where she structured the growth strategy plan for the India market and led multiple transformation projects across the organisation. Over her career at HP, she has developed deep expertise in go-to-market strategy, strategic partnerships and alliances, business incubation, market expansion and P&L management, working across functions to translate strategy into measurable business outcomes.

Aarti began her career in consulting at EY and holds an MBA in General Management from Emory University's Goizueta Business School. She was also selected for the prestigious HP Cambridge Partnership for Education EdTech Fellowship at the University of Cambridge, recognising her among a select group of leaders at HP.

Aarti combines strategic thinking with commercial acumen and hands-on execution, with a particular focus on turning emerging opportunities into scalable businesses and driving sustainable growth.
