
Amrita Ahuja is a dynamic and accomplished leader with over 17 years of distinguished experience across the BFSI sector, encompassing inside sales, customer success, revenue optimization, and process transformation.
As Head of Inside Sales & Engagement at Benow, Amrita drives strategic sales initiatives and service excellence through a robust team of Virtual Relationship Managers. She plays a pivotal role in strengthening Benow’s merchant engagement ecosystem by aligning sales effectiveness, digital enablement, and process efficiency to deliver superior business outcomes.
Throughout her career, Amrita has held leadership roles at reputed institutions including IDFC FIRST Bank, CredAble, RBL Bank, and Axis Bank, where she has successfully led large teams, scaled operations, and delivered sustained revenue growth.
Amrita holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from the University of Mumbai and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
Outside of work, Amrita enjoys reading, cooking, and travelling.
