Anshuman heads the Brand/OEM alliances and strategy for Benow. He played the pivotal role of being the conduit between the OEMs and the Benow tech team while the brand EMI platform was co-developed. Starting with acquisition of SAMSUNG as the anchor brand, he went on to add other marquee brands across sectors. His thorough understanding of both the OEM space and the Merchant acquisition space grants him a vantage view of the business which is very useful in implementation and roll out of projects.

His introduction to payments business during the early part of his career was through his stint at ICICI Bank in their Merchant Acquisition team. This helped him gain a deep understanding of both the POS as well as the Payment Gateway businesses. At ICICI, he gained a wholesome business leadership skillset by handling other roles in the retail lending and the Business Intelligence Unit.

This experience stood him in good stead when he was chosen by Airtel Money to head their Merchant Acquisition piece in a key market like Delhi. His primary role was to increase the acceptance of Airtel Money by establishing various acceptance points.

He was chosen to handle the Govt. vertical at Pine Labs for North. At Pine Labs, Anshuman played critical role of building the vertical ground up by working very closely with Senior Govt. officials from various State Govts. He was instrumental in onboarding the largest Govt. order at Pine Labs from the Govt. of Rajasthan. An alumnus of PGDBA - Marketing from KJ Somaiya, Mumbai he has more than 18 years experience in Banking & Payments domain.
