Hemant Taware is a seasoned CXO with over 34 years of experience in B2C and B2B businesses. He currently is the Chief Growth Officer at Benow managing the Affordability business since April 2024. Before joining Benow in April 2024 he led the Enterprise Business and Operations for close to 5 years as a Chief Business Officer at Innoviti Technologies, a fintech company. He has prior to that over 20 years of rich experience in managing large and small format retail businesses across multiple formats like grocery, Consumer Electronics and departmental stores with some of the leading and Marquee brands in India. He holds an MBA in Marketing and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

He has been instrumental in launching new retail businesses, driving transformation and change management across multiple businesses, apart from playing an important leadership role in these organisations.

Hemant is also a certified Independent Director and is currently serving on the Board of Management of a Skills University in Mumbai. He's also a Cancer Advocacy Evangelist and is a founding member of Indian Cancer Advocacy Alliance.

He is a Marathoner and has participated in over 30+ Marathons. His passion also includes cooking and travelling.

Hemant is married and his wife is a homemaker. He has two sons who are currently pursuing their post graduation.
