The one liner brief to Naman was to set up the Digital Payments operations & finance function and related processes at Benow. He's been the helmsman in setting up the financial and operational function, by building a team, evaluating, and identifying systems and tools, setting up the processes and continuous monitoring. In addition to this Naman also held the fiduciary and regulatory compliance responsibilities.

Ability to breakdown problems and arriving at solutions has been his key strength. This helped him step in and take up the responsibility of heading the operations at a crucial juncture when the organization pivoted to Brand EMI. Naman currently leads the operations team and makes sure that whatever the changes that are to be brought in for Brand EMI product are rightly implemented and iterated from time to time.

He being a people person has always comforted people in his team. His core knowledge in areas like Digital Payments, Taxation, Accounting has been a value add to the organization.

Naman Jain is currently Head Product Finance & Business Operations. While being a part of the core team ensures that his strategic inputs have an impact on the overall organizational strategy, he also focuses on the strategic angle of banking products offered by the partner banks.

He completed his MBA from NMIMS with Dual Specialization in Leadership & Strategy and Applied Finance. Also, he has State level participation in Tennis and volunteered for various social activities with NGO.
