Pallvi Khanna brings over 17 years of diverse experience in BFSI Product Design, Product & Platform Implementation, Digital Sales, Program Management, Governance, Process Re-engineering, CRM and Digitization.

In her role as Chief Product Officer & Head of New Initiatives at Benow, Pallvi drives Product Development, spearheads New Initiatives, and oversees Internal Automation & Transformation. She leads the Product and Internal Automation teams, fostering innovation and operational excellence to align with Benow’s vision of delivering end to end Digital & Transformative solutions.

Pallvi holds an MBA from ICFAI and is a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma. She has worked with prestigious organizations like Axis Bank, RBL Bank, CredAble and Paytm Payments Bank before joining Benow.

Beyond her professional endeavours, Pallvi is an avid reader and passionate traveller, constantly seeking new perspectives and experiences that inspire her both personally and professionally.
