Vidhya is the Chief of Staff at Benow, working with the Leadership Team & CEO on Strategy and Planning. She oversees key organisational projects, streamlines leadership operations, and supports stakeholder coordination to maintain focus on business priorities. Her role also includes identifying new opportunities & driving execution.

Alongside the CoS role, she leads the Sales Efficiency function, providing support to the sales team to improve business performance. Vidhya holds an MBA from IIM Udaipur.
