Tech Support

Looking for a smart fresher with decent communication and debugging skills for a Tech Support role. You will be part of a lean and agile team that has developed an in-house Payment Platform.As a Tech Support, you will be responsible for monitoring the platform’s performance and uptime. You will handle technical queries of our merchants through inhouse call centre.

What you will do in this role

  • Understand and monitor various types of alerts, metrics of the platform.
  • Investigate the incidents raised by the alerts, root cause it and provide a permanent fix.
  • Handle client’s technical queries on performance issues.
  • Take judicious calls on recurring alerts and guide our tech team for the relevant correction.
  • Document incidents reported and the action taken against them.

What you should have

  • Good communication skills => Good command on language + ability to convey the message precisely
  • Task Management => Hands on with any popular project management tools
  • Basic understanding of programming fundamentals such as SQL , AWS.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent desirable, preferably in operations
